The Problem
Sexual Harassment Prevention ("SHP") training, at least as currently deployed, is not only morally, ethically and philosophically reprehensible, but as a practical matter it's both ineffective and counter productive. At least, as far as minimizing sexual harassment is concerned. In short, it's foolishness. It is typical of a whole class of "Social Justice Warrior" causes that take me a bit off the topic of SHP trainings specifically in what follows.
The Useful Idiots
The truth is that the forces behind the mandates for SHP programs aren't motivated by concerns about sexual harassment at all - not even a little bit. There are 2 groups promulgating this agenda, both with ulterior motives:

Bill Reich (an idiot) has a Youtube vid, created a couple of weeks before the election, called "How to Stop Trump from Stealing the Election", in which he explains how and why it might be completely legal and constitutional for Trump to win a very close, contested election. The possible scenario he describes is Congressional resolution via the 12th Amendment, aka "the law". He then explains how Democrats might win enough Congressional races to turn this process in their favor. To summarize, he says that if Trump wins this way, it's theft, so let's win it that way ourselves which, apparently for some reason would not be theft. He closes the video by repeating the mantra "keep Trump from stealing the election". This is just yet another example of how leftism blinds people to common sense and eventually subsumes rational thought all together.

I expect that Trump will win re-election, and have thought so for quite a while. Here are just some of the reasons, in no particular order, that no one should be surprised. Each item is a comparison of the 2016 election with the current election. The below is by no means an exhaustive list; I don't have time to add the improved economic and social condition of all minorities, incuding women; what has actually been a very good record on Coronavirus policy (see Did Trump Take Coronavirus Seriously Enough?); the fact that the US now has effective enforcement of our borders, etc. But here are some biggies none the less.

Well, if you get your news exclusively, or even predominantly, from the "mainstream" media, the answer is yes. For the simple reason that the mainstream media is itself a low information channel.
Don't take my word for it; here's the New York Times bemoaning that very fact in an article entitled "Laptop? Big Man? Much of Trump’s debate required a Fox News translator."
If you listened to President Trump debate Joseph R. Biden Jr. Thursday, you may have felt like you’d started watching a complicated serial drama — “Lost” or “Twin Peaks” — in its final season. The president kept dropping names and plot points, all seeming to reference a baroque mythology.
Who was “the big man?” What was “the laptop?” How many seasons of this show did I miss?

The facts, and their timeline, make the answer to this obvious. Yes, he did, and to a much greater degree than the Democrat party, which was focused on trying to find impropriety in a diplomatic phone call at the time. But you can't tell that for the simple reason that the press is indeed, sadly, largely fake news. They consistently lie (See: What More Proof Could You Want?) and don't care that it's easily disproven, because they know most people won't bother to do the research to realize they're being lied to. A lie that is spread far and wide for 24 hours, is disproven and then quietly dropped from the news cycle, is an extremely effective and efficient form of slander, as well as their stock in trade.
